Composition of the serial number

All devices from Kirchner und Tochter have a unique and distinctive serial number. This makes it possible to identify the device and determine its configuration or its special structural features.

For historical reasons, a serial number (X stands for one digit) can be made up in three different ways:

five digits order confirmation number – three digits device number – two digits year of manufacture

five digits order confirmation number – two digits device number – two digits year of manufacture

five digits order confirmation number . one digit device number / two digits year of manufacture
